5 days test: they used my account to follow around 150 accounts (from Russia (light porno included), hindi and Arab speaking accounts) and brought 4 followers (their staff supposed to work bringing more numbers to our brand instagram).
And worse? They are creating a fuss for me to close my account.
You just can't close your own account during try out time.
Don't use this service.

Do not use Upleap. They are an absolute scam. We read reviews that Upleap was a legitimate way to purchase real and targeted followers (which are clearly not accurate reviews). All the followers were fake and completely ruined our profile which caused us hours of time to re-start our Instagram from scratch. All user traffic was coming from Russia when we viewed our Google Analytics. We emailed Upleap's customer service twice with no response. Save your money or hire a consultant to build your following legitimately.

I took the 10 days free trial.
They kept asking access for different devices. I had to accept a dozen. Of course that attracts attention from Instagram. Then nothing happened, I kept getting disconnected or put in "warm up". They kept blaming a new Instagram algorithm. They extended my free trial but still nothing happened until the last few days, I started to get waves of fake followers, 20 at a time (within 5 minutes).

Upleap will not bring any good to your account. They just follow and unfollow followers from accounts you give them. You can do the same yourself, spending just a couple of minutes everyday. Not worth the money at all.

I just started with Upleap and have had a great experience so far. They have great customer service where you can reach a real human via chat within minutes, and they are super kind and eager to help. They have explained in detail what I need to do and given me best practices, along with answering my many questions. I can't complain so far and I look forward to continuing to work with them!

They advertise you'll get real followers and no fake accounts. The accounts that I got following me are fake accounts. When I tried to talk to customer service they said I had signed something that says there will be no refunds and I can't dispute it either. They didn't take any responsibility.

Upleap is the only tool on the market that actually brings real people to your ig page - last 3 months i've been trying all that there is, but only Upleap delivers the promise of real and engaged new followers. You do have to provide relevant targets and look at the follow queue to ensure the relevance of the followings that tool makes for you. If you do that - it does bring great results. Also 5 starts for great customer support and service. Kudos to the team!

Be careful signing up for the free trial. They make cancelling tricky. The do absolutely nothing. Just follow hundreds of random followers. You then have to waste time unfollowing. I get absolute zero activity from them. Now I have to fight the charges. Worst customers ervice ever!

Upleap is the biggest scam I have seen. They bait you with a 10 day trial, than ignore your request to cancel the trail and charge you and than refuse to refund, offer some discount but since the app does not work we ask for full refund and cancellation of the account, they still refuse to issue the refund but promptly cancel your account anyways even though they charged the account for the next 30 days.They are scammers at the next level.

Let alone I lost y account but they charge me on top. Customer service is ignorant, trying to get out of refund. First off- No. 1 account connected and it was blocked within 24 hours. Never managed to recover it. No. 2 account (main) THANKFULLY never connected, and I can still use it, otherwise if tit connected to this app, it would have been disable by Instagram now. Useless app, DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

They followed about 550 people in the first few days, never unfollowed anyone. I have to do that manually myself. About 20 people followed back, which is fine. What makes it a terrible experience is that the system straight not working at all. You don't see any actions performed. Customer service is horrible. Dashboards are not syncing data at all. Didn't see any value - they only trashed my instagram account by following 550 people and never did any cleanup or anything. No money back. Nothing. FRAUD.

Not happy with my experience buying followers on this service. I got scammed here! I bought the number of followers I needed. Not only was a very large percentage from closed accounts, but about half of them unfollowed from me a month later.

Right off the bat Upleap was a headache. They couldn't get my account connected to instagram and after they finally did I ended up with over 200 new accounts I followed with only 20 new followers- most of which we gained by our own merit. After complaining they quickly deleted our account and when I asked for them to unfollow all of the new BS accounts they told us it was too late. "We would have been happy to unfollow the new accounts but it's too late now." Absolutely lame.

Upleap is a straightforward service to acquire some rubbish following. The accounts have a presence but you cannot check them out as they are all private. They do deliver the followings within 24-48 hrs( we opted for 500 followers for aarxp $20) However within the next 24 hrs of delivery they started unfollowing and we lost the bulk of the followers. When we approached the customer service they responded immediately and said-' we will fill it up for you asap' - they did but the same continued and we stopped approaching them. So if you want your account to exhibit a certain number of following its a good service but be aware they are all fake and there will be ZERO engagement. What is good they respond to your emails and complaints but really there is no us of it.

Good luck trying to cancel. Once they got your card number it going to be charged until you get a new card issued or you use paypal and have to go through the whole dispute resolution process. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I tried to cancel my membership 3 days into the 10 day trial. After getting a response a week later (after the trail has ended and your account has been debited) they will "regret to inform you that you are not eligible for a refund"

They followed a bunch of unrelated accounts to the hashtags I provided them. They logged onto my account from Serbia as well as a handful of other places. I only got a handful of followers in return for the hundreds of accounts they followed and did not unfollow, leaving me to have to do that work.

Upleap gave me all what I need in one place and took my instagram account to new level.
The have super cool product and super easy dashboard and it make my social really better.
