Terrible!
September 12, 2012

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! They delayed shipping and over charge without any notification. When ask for refund of the price difference, they lie about issuing credits which never appeared on credit card. Steer away from this site.

I am very disappointed in your company. After waiting for 11 days, I decided to call to find out about my order only to find that you can get them for $145 instead of the $76.93 price that I had ordered #*******. I was told that they are out of stock, yet they can sell me on for twice the price. When asked why the guy said oh "that's a different department". I was also told that they sent me an email saying they were out of stock, I received no such email on that day or any other. I decided to cancel my order since you will not honor the original sale price. I don't see your company lasting very long in business with this type of business protocol. I will be sure to let my other business associates know of your lack of customer service / poor business practices.

Horrible return Policy and very unclear website. I ordered ram that was for a server only, but the site did not mention this. I then emailed them asking to return it and they said it would be a 50% restocking fee and I had to pay the return postage.

They have terrible customer service.
I have been waiting for a order since October 5 and I was told that it was in stock. I was sent a defective part and I paid for it to be overnight ed back to them. I was told the replacement part was shipped out and it was a lie. I had to call to follow up and I spoke to Erick and Mary and they both insisted it had been shipped out. After calling several time and informing them that they had not provided me with tracking information. Nothing was shipped out, no one informed me that that the part was not available. I received a email yesterday stating that the part was not shipped. This company is an extremely unprofessional company.

They were good to me; shipped me the item I'd ordered quickly enough and were helpful when I had a question too. I'm thankful as I couldn't find that item being sold new anywhere else.

*** PLEASE READ *** My company needed 10 QLogic fiber channel cards

For a server buildout. I looked online through a Google search and

Found the equipment listed on the Internet at UPGRADEBAY for $576

Each. I called UPGRADEBAY to verify that these items were in stock

And they said they were. I placed my order and ordered the products

From UPGRADEBAY. On 8/1/2011 my company received an email stating

That UPGRADEBAY only had 1 of the 10 cards I ordered in stock and that

They would send me the same model, but different batch card for the

Remaining 9 for $1,049 each. Keep in mind that I already purchased

The other 10 cards through their web site. They did not fill the

Order and as a company I can not do business with what I considered a

"bait and switch" tactic.

March 17, 2009

Stay far away - 1 big scam - I was about to order an item (300gb scsi hard drive) and realized that there are 2 listings for the same item but 2 different prices so I called them up - someone in india answered the phone and said that a. They are backordered (which btw the their site said it was in stock) and b. They are both are 32gb hard drives, so I asked if i were to order this on their site what wud I recieve, and he said a 32gb drive. I told him i was reporting his site as a fraud and he tehn slammed the phone on me
