Unlocking a phone can be a challenge if you don't use a reliable service. I knew this because I had helped a couple of friends unlock their phones in the past.

Recently a cousin of mine who lives in the UK came here for a month and had brought along two phones which he thought would work here. Sure, they would work except that both of them were locked. After a while I then proceeded with the two phones which belonged to my cousin of which one was also a BB and the other one was an HTC. Again it took me no more than 5 minutes to place an unlock order for these phones and I received the unlock codes for them also in a few minutes.

I had to contact their support regarding the HTC phone though because I was having some difficulty finding the place in the phone where I was supposed to enter the code. We exchanged a few emails and it took them around 5 minutes every time to reply which I think was very fast.
