Well worth it to upgrade to the Silk Top... looks just like scalp! I'm short so this is important to me b/c people are looking down on my head all day and I want my topper to look like real hair. I did have to add another clip in the very front - it comes with 4 clips but my bio hair is baby fine and i felt like it needed another clip in center front to be secure. I got the Platinum blonde and colored it and rooted it, I would love for this topper to come in a rooted ash blonde.

I had to send in a dispute with my credit card company to get them to acknowledge my frequent emails and phone calls for an exchange. My order was shipped out anyways. Their excuse was that my emails from both my gmail and hotmail account were sent into spam. I wouldn't risk ordering from here unless you're willing to put up with this absurdity. They charge for a restocking fee. The low price on wigs and toppers was definitely not worth the hassle. Another kicker? They called me 2 weeks after I had left my voicemail for an exchange.

They don't even deserve 1 star but you can't give a ZERO. They are all liars and thieves that falsely advertise and try to make it impossible to get a refund. The product is not as pictured and it is not human hair. It is some sort of nylon product.
There are no return shipping labels and they are rude, offensive, and are trying to steal your money. Stay far away from them. It will come in a fancy box with a nice company name or logo like DONALOVEHAIR. It is a thieving company in China and they don't care about you. They want to steal your money.

They took my money and shipped item to a different country yet charged me. Now I am out my money and the item. Filing a dispute and will never buy from them again!

So far, I am happy with the hair quality, but I could of done with a little more density. Shipping took way too long, so this why I am giving a 2

I bought a topper from uniwigs last month and was impressed! I almost do everything with it every day! The hair feels silky and the silk base is very natural. I know some people don't like the hair return. I am OK with it. I'll order another topper when I have enough budget. 5 star recommended.

This is not the first wig i bought online, lace front, remy human hair. But this is absolutely the best one! In beginning, i didn't want to buy wigs from this website, but Lol, their coupons hit me, so i bought it and it helpt me save a lot! Thanks for the coupon code! This wig looks better than its picture does; so i think u guys really need to put more beautiful picture of your products on your website. Or customers may leave your website far away. Better products deserve more concern.

Super soft not as obviously shiny as most synthetic wigs. It was a bit too long for me (im 5\'1 and it was up to my hip) but nothing a trim couldn\'t fix. It took heat well and very little to no shedding. I will definitely be buying again. I didnt realize until after i cut my lace that the hook was missing the actual piece but that was my fault for not checking. Though that wont be an issue being that it is snug securely on my head.

Great service. I bought a hair topper from an Advertisement named uniwigs, then I got a very bad hair piece. I called their customer service, and they said some other companies used their videos, and some days later I placed a hair topper uniwigs website, that one is much better.

You need to order the thicker ones and they are just like a wig but remember you have to take them to a hair dresser and have them styled or they would be what you want. I have bought 4 and they are honest and reliable. I think it is the same person writing the negative reviews as there is no way they would get the same complaint over and over. I know all about toppers I have wore them for years. Life savers give you your dignity back

I brought the Upgrade Clare topper from Uniwigs recently and I was impressed by the quality and style once I received it this week. It's really amazing!

I received my wig days before the estimated arrival time and I fell in love with it immediately. Minimal shedding, very full, and very natural looking. I would absolutely order again!

I was skeptical about purchasing a hair topper online. I spoke to customer service and they helped me place my order ($160). The colors were not similar to my hair so I was advised to purchase a lighter color and dye the piece.
After waiting 6 weeks for delivery, I received the piece and noticed how very thin it was. When I gently brushed it the hair was falling out! I had my hairstylist color the piece and she told me the product was not of good quality as the hair was very thin and was falling out way too much.
When the piece was attached to my hair, you could see the seams under the hair! The quality is very poor... I can't wear this!
I called customer service and explained the situation and their response was to return the piece; however, I must pay return shipping! I do not live in the US, but had the hair piece shipped to a friend's house. Now I must get back to the US and pay for return shipping.
Also, because the hair piece was dyed, they would not accept the return! How could I find out if the piece would suit my hair if it was totally the wrong color?

This site is a complete scam! Please please dont waste your money and order from here. Especially if you are ordering from another country the exchange will be horrible.
I ordered remy hair and received synthetic! It was horrible! Not only that, I ordered medium brown number 4 and the colour I got was the brown /red copper?! Just awful. Even the style was completely wrong than the picture. It was extremely curly and the picture was just a soft wave.
Company return is in USA and number is in USA but everything is in China.
When I called to ask why so different they said all websites are different and that their medium brown number 4 is more red! Even though the colour they show is dark brown. And that regardinging the curliness - I need to style it.
So now even though they show something different and send something different, I have to pay so send it back! Because its not what I wanted plus a 15% restock fee! Its a complete scam. I ask again please please please dont order from here. Save your money. Order from a reputable place and pay the extra money
I did eventually get my refund less the 15% and less the exchange and less some more because even though I said I choose my credit card exchange rate it pick something else so it charged me a lot! Not impressed
