The elderly, on Medicare have this and only this company to use in Florida. This company is horrible as they have no competition as far as a Medicare provider in Florida. Supplies ordered do not show up, 45 min plus waiting to speak to anyone and then you are met with rude ignorant operators and have to call in and email a complaint upon almost every dealing. They are represented by our gov but the company has shady practices!
