Buyer Beware for Annual Passes

If you purchase the flex pay Annual Pass for Universal Studio, please be aware this is not a true annual pass. You will have to cancel 30 days before hand, in writing, to cancel an auto renew option. Although flex pay is convenient, you may be better off paying cash so you are not caught off guard a year from purchase with a bill on the credit card. Disney does not do this and has a much better policy and customer service than Universal Studios. They will be getting our annual pass business from now on.
