Shopping was easy, although it was hard to match colors with my thread because numbers didn't match.

It was okay. I didn't get an email when the item shipped. But I did go online to get the status. I don't know why I didn't get the email when it shipped, but was able to track.

Iam satisfied with the service and the quality of the product I recived, in less than a week I got my order, I think I will buy agein here.

Prices are the lowest I have found! I wish you offered an expedited shipping option at the ground rate. It took over a week to get the items. To pay the 3-day fee make sth price no longer the lowest and puts it with everyone else.
