There is no easy way to scan through the colors of Isacord thread that I was looking for. And the numbers (0ld, I'm sure) don't match with the color I'm looking for.

This was the first time I ordered from United. I received my order today and was thrilled. I will definitely be placing another order as the value is wonderful and so is your staff and the quick order fulfillment.
Would be easier if when one item is ordered and we hit 'go back to shopping' it would go where we left off.
I do not order from companies that I know use Fed Ex. We live in the country and they have trouble finding us.
And when I placed my order it was my understanding that I was ordering from Allstitch.com. I don't know how it got changed.
It was really easy and I found what I was looking for. Most places only have backing pre cuts for 7x5 hoops or smaller. It was nice finding my size. I believe in going big or go home:)

Your thread prices are awesome. When I buy thread in fabric store it is over $5.00. I wanted to buy enough thread to do a project but didn't want to pay a arm and leg for it.

Well, when I received my order, it came missing 3 items. Luckily I took a picture of the items received and the box it came in. When I called to let them know I was missing the items the girl said "let me check into this and I will get back to you" I said, "I have a picture of the box and the items that was sent. " she said " that's great, please email them to me" I did and 15 min later she got back to me and said " we are mailing out your items today" customer service was great. I will be back to order again. Thank you so much!
Very happy with product most of the ordering I do get here a little quicker but other than that I was happy
