Did not receive my package

I ordered a package just over a month ago and still have not received it. Now I understand that it may take more time due to the pandemic. However, I have emailed the company several times and have yet to hear from them. Also, the tracking number shows that my package is lost in an endless loop in China. I do not recommend.
