I received my order and washed it not thinking anything was wrong. Put on one of the pants a couple weeks later and it was the wrong size! They refused to exchange it for what I actually ordered unless I wanted to pay for it. They offered a coupon for 10% off but all set I will take my business elsewhere from now on. My fault I didn't check the inside tags on my clothes but they should be able to send three correct items to someone. Good luck staying in business.
Just know when you are placing an order, they will send you an e-mail asking you to fax your drivers license or government ID... seriously! This company is obviously not on the up and up. There reason for the ID was to protect the buyer. Shop somewhere else or take your chances with identity thief.
Scrubs are usually so overpriced but after finding UA I feel like if found affordable scrubs that are also just as comfortable and movable as the ones that usually cost an arm and a leg. The selection is also amazing with so much to pick from.
I wear a medium almost universally, in any brand, except Uniform Advantage. It's very frustrating. There is no clear description of the different cuts/ styles to distinguish between the different tops, so I have one medium top that fits, and one(medium)that fits like a sack. Add to this the cost of shipping for the returns and I will probably not order anymore Uniform Advantage brand tops. Too much hassle.
I ordered 3 scrub tops and when they arrived the material was so stiff and rough. I washed them hoping that was the issue. Nope! Everything sticks to them, the material isn't great AND the sizing is off. I followed their size guide and 3 were too big.
I let the company know and they did nothing to help me.
Will not buy again.

Do not order from UA! Not only were all three of my scrubs completely see through, they were definitely not worth the money spent either. On top of that, in order to return your products you have to pay a $7.99 fee. AND, in order to return more than 5 items, (I ordered 3 sets so that's 6 items) you must purchase a return shipping label from the store AND a box to ship it in.
I am very disappointed that I wasted my money on this company and now I am losing my money just because I would like to return my products. Like I said, do NOT purchase from here!

I got my quotes in Canadian dollars only to see a huge conversion rate which isn't even close to accurate. Then I get this super ghetto email from ups asking me to pay 20 of duties and taxes. So I paid for my scrubs, paid for the shipping, paid for the false conversion rate, ended up paying 90+ dollars in import fees. Junk website probably junk scrubs for like 70 per pants and 60 a top all in all. Stay away! Stay far away

Orders that we ship outside of the USA very often do have taxes and custom duties levied by the local government. Fortunately, Canada is one of the countries for which we can offer the UPS I-parcel service. I-parcel calculates the duties and taxes applicable on the order and includes that charge with the total amount due on the order so that you can pay for everything upfront and won’t be charged any additional amount when your order is delivered. Just like a previous reviewer stated, placed a $500+ order online, never received a confirmation or order number. Was told it never went through. Luckily, no funds were taken from our account, but will definitely be monitoring our accounts just in case! I have an order confirmation page with no order number, and was given no answers or reason as to why it didn't go through. Unacceptable service for such a large order.
I have already got 1 shipment an loved everything. I am waiting on my 2nd shipment. The customer service was great. One of the items I ordered was out of stock an they emailed me an worked with me on finding a comparable switch along with a discount. I never had to wait days for a response. I got a response at least once sometimes twice a day. I will always use Uniform Advantage an told my coworkers at the hospital about them. Thank you so much.
Ordered online, UA Butter soft stretch. First, fabric is cheap barely any stretch. Very disappointed but you get what you pay for with this brand. Ordered a MED which in every other brand I have ever purchased fits fine, these are MORE like Large size. $270 and they said I have to pay for the return shipping? I called to find out if I can exchange at a local UA store and the answer is NO. Not a problem, they don't get my $$$ again.
I am always on the hunt for new scrubs. I don't care for the run of the mill cotton scrubs that so many people carry. One of the reasons I love Uniform Advantage is because they have all the other types of scrubs- stretchy, water resistant, tall, and comfy. They are extremely easy to order from, shipping is fast, and they always have great sales. I see most of the new arrivals on Instagram and I always go check them out online.
My first time to place an order. I got too excited and ordered three sets of scrubs only to find out that the pants runs big. I called them right aware to modify my order. Rep answers but help is non-existent! They can't help me modify or cancel my order! I have to wait for the stuff and return and pay for the shipping! What the heck is this company! Reps are there just to answer the phone and say hello. That's literally it, and they are rude!

We carry a vast array of garments from our own Uniform Advantage brands as well as from many other national brands, and sizing can vary widely from one item to the next. For this reason, every garment that we sell has its own Size Chart & Fit Guide right on the item page of our website. I've never had an issue with a product from Uniform Advantange in my years of ordering. My orders have always been correct and shipping is pretty normal. I love that they give an accurate size chart for each brand!
Uniform advantage has great customer service! Whenever I've had an issue with package, they've always provided immediate assistance whether it be waiving my shipping fee due to an issue, or matching a price to current promotion. I wouldn't buy scrubs from anywhere else!
Uniform Advantage offers affordable scrubs and it is perfect when you just want some color and different styles in your wardrobe! I have never had issues with washing my pair of scrubs from here. No linting or fuzz balls coming off. (I've had this issue with other brands.)There is different brands to choose from which is nice. The petite sizes here does fit short girls like me (I am 5'1 1/2)!
I've ordered from UA for years because I really like their Butter Soft scrubs. The prices on merchandise is reasonable, but shipping expenses are ridiculous. Unfortunately, with my most recent orders something is always on backorder- and I'm not talking 1-2 weeks, we're talking several months! I'm disappointed but I think it's time to fine another brand.

Hi Charity, I can appreciate your frustration with the difference in size of garments based on their cut. I struggle with it too when I shop for clothing online with my favorite retailers. If I had to take a guess, you ordered one of our styles that starts with PC; those are somewhat square in cut and run on the large side for folks who like their tops roomy.
