I placed an order for a self-stirring mug on this site but I didn't carefully read the product description so although the item got delivered in perfect condition, I ruined it in a few days by throwing it in the dishwasher (when it was a hand-wash only mug). As a result, I had to place another order for the same mug and wait another two weeks to get it. Now I've been enjoying my self-stirring mug just fine. I've only made two purchases on this site but I never had any problems. After I confirmed that I liked the product, I placed my order and paid with my credit card, and then a tracking number was sent to me two days later. I used that to track my mug till it got delivered three weeks later.

With unicun, its the quality of the products for me. I've never had to bother about the quality of the stuff I buy on there and thats why I keep going back. My latest buy is the automatic timed feeder for cats and its just perfect because it works great and actually takes a ton of worry off my back as I don't have to bother about forgetting to feed my cat. I also recently discovered that the website has some effective massaging tools. I bought the laser inflamation reducer therapy tool and it has worked wonders for my muscle soreness. All in all a great experience with them.

So I played a prank on my family during Christmas and pretended that I had not bought anyone any Christmas presents. They were mad at me and really disappointed and I pretended to care less and that only infuriated them even more. Meanwhile, I had actually bought them stuff from Unicun using their own addresses for shipping. The past week has been the funniest as I kept receiving calls from all of them acknowledging receipt of their christmas presents when they got home. This was soooo satisfying. Haha. Everyone was gushing over what they got and it makes me very happy so I can easily say Unicun is just great for unique Christmas presents

I've only purchased products twice on Unicun but I have had the best experience both times. The first time, I got a pet nail trimmer and the second time I got a unique kangaroo hoodie with a pouch for cuddling with my pet. Before placing each order, I made numerous inquiries about the site and the products I wanted to order and each time, I received helpful replies from their customer support reps. The products were also delivered in perfect condition and at the expected time. I'll definitely buy again.

Ordered two lightsabres for my kids Christmas presents on November 1. Their website said delivery would be within 20 days, so plenty of time for Christmas. By early December I hadn't received anything. So followed up with them. They didn't respond to any of my initial emails, it wasn't until I threatened to lodge a complaint with my cc company that they finally responded with a half arsed response saying to wait until mid January. I've sent them dozens of more emails without a single response from them. I ended up having to go and buy my children different presents.

After my horrid experience with themI wouldn't trust the other reviews on there, they have posted reviews that I don't believe are legitimate on other review websites. Be careful.

This is a really smart company. I like the effort they put in making it a great company, especially in their customer service.
