I placed an order on January 8th 2023. With a 10-15 day delivery date. Emailed the company when I didn't receive my order. The response was another 5-8 business days. Today is Feburary 15th 2023 & still haven't received my order. Sent another email & no response as of yet. They billed my credit card IMMEDIATELY upon ordering & my next call is my credit card company...I hope they will put the money back on my card since it hasn't been shipped yet. These people are very fraudulent. Don't waste your time & money shopping here.

I purchased a Kindle book from them in March 2021 but by 17th August 2021 it stopped working. Upon contacting them I was told I had to pay to send and return the item to Hong Kong. China. I am on a pension and as this was purchased with gift cash I have had to abandon it as I was getting very stressed and the company does not seem to want to do anything. Buyer Beware. They call themselves UK but will do nothing in this country everything is China! P S I have had to give a rate they don't deserve!
