Ulthera is very expensive for what you get. You pay $3000 or more for a neck tightening procedure where even the company itself admit is not a 100% guarantee of success, whereas getting a surgical necklift you can be pretty much guaranteed results. Sure it is non-invasive, but if I am plopping down three grand for a procedure I want it to work. I have read other reviews on ultherapy and I think almost everyone has hesistations on recommending the procedure. The company gets a kickback everytime they sell a procedure so of course they are marketing it very heavily. If you are one of the lucky people who get great results using ulthera then I would definitely say it is a good deal, otherwise stick with what works.

Day 10, Still waiting
September 6, 2015

Swelling and minor bruising are gone. Skin feels tight. I don't see too much of difference but my husband says my skin skin looks smoother. Neither one of us see too much difference under my chin.
INSIST ON PAIN MEDICATION during the procedure. It was a nightmare experience for him.
