Terrible company. I ordered items for my styling work amounting to £147 and they never arrived. After many attempts to get in touch to receive a refund for paying for absolutely nothing, I have heard no response. Awful company, I will be taking to small claims and they will be liable for fees. Ultamoden- maybe you'll actually respond to this? Do I have to start a social media drag thorough to get an email back!?! Terrible company, please for your sake, avoid at all costs.
I ordered on 5th December a pair of trousers as a present. We are now in February 2023. Nothing arrive, very slow customer service response via email. They admitted my item was delayed and will resend nothing arrived I then asked for a refund which they said was done but nothing received.
Was shocked to see these reviews! I ordered express and recieved my coat (daughters christmas present!) within three days! I was so impressed with the speed and quality had to write this review. Thanks so much!
Worst experience ever, i bought a jacket and after maybe 6 emails and 6 months later they agreed to give me a refund but never got it and off course they never replied to maybe another 6 emails, please don't get anything from them, you will never get your items or a refund!
I placed a order with this company 6 weeks ago. They didn't respond to my last text. Avoid them. There customer service sucks they dont answer ther phones. Seems like a scam outfit.
I was concerned ordering off this site due to the reviews, but I took a risk as there was a beautiful faux fur coat I wanted. Glad I did, it arrived in time and looks amazing!

I ordered a jacket from ultamodan back on November 21,2021 and January I was told to be patient and it was on its way and they took money out of my account fr this coat I have emailed I don't know many times to get my money back cause here it is may 2022 and still nothing this is the sorriest company I have ever seen and what comes around comes around when u do people like me your customers so wrong!
I spent 300$ and they never sent the 2 coats or sent the refund. They are scamming customers but they are gonna lose all credit card sales as an investigation is on the way.
I ordered a suit on December 29th. I was told it delayed. I cancelled the order. They told me the refund was being processed. I gave them a deadline and haven't heard from them since.
It's a scam. Never received my item I ordered and I've been fighting for a refund for 6 months to no avail.
