The website is registered in the UK but this is actually selling an illegal product from China. The sales agent on the website is one guy, his command of the English language is ok but he's certainly not called Matt Smith... or Paul as he also likes to call himself!
I ordered a signal booster via PayPal and swiftly got a receipt with the company name in Chinese script. The package was dispatched but held in customs, once investigating this I found out the company had valued the item at 24 USD and once customs opened it they wanted proof of purchase, so once I sent them this I got landed with a hefty import charge of over 100 euro. Tried contacting the seller who promised to arrange collection and return of the parcel if I paid and then he refunded the import charge.
Import charge paid and was swiftly refunded however after this, poof! The seller has stopped answering any emails. Cant phone them, they don't have a number, cant visit a shop as they don't have one...
Long and short of it is PayPal are now investigating this but DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER. Amazed websites like these are not closed down...
