Je me suis trompé d'achat, disons plutôt que j'ai eu un problème de lien avec mon anti virus et il m'a dirigé vers une autre page, pensant que c'était la bonne, j'ai validé mon achat. Erreur, mauvais achat.
J'ai donc pris contact avec le service après vente et ils m'ont très bien guidé pour résoudre le problème. Ils m'ont remboursé et envoyé le bon lien pour acheter le bon produit. En moins de 24h tous est résolu. MERCI.

Payed for a 1 month subscribtion and wait now since 2 days for the activation key to arrive...
They state that the key will be delivered within 30 minutes... hahaha
Tried to contact them by mail as well as the retailer (Paddle) - but no answer so far.
When will i get my key? At the end of that month?

Since I had to find a solution bringing my audiobooks and Apple Music playlists onto my swim headphones I had to manage converting downloaded content into MP3.

Worked great for a year. But Spotify has wised up. They warned me I was downloading too fast so I slowed down, didn't do as much or as often.

Didn't matter, a month after my most recent download session they emailed me they were closing my account.

This last two years, I've asked twice the support of the company to send me a new licence code after I've changed my Mac. This has been successfully answered within less than 24 hour each time. I was blown away when I discovered UkeySoft. It helped me restore all my Apple Music Playlist at a time when I had to reformat my hardrive whilst DJaying in Ibiza with no backup(Silly me). This convertor is simple-to-use, just tick the songs you want to copy and the program will make the copies. It has various formats that you can save the files in, and I'd recommend going to Preferences > Advanced and setting it up the way you want it. I also recently changed computers and they quickly helped me with that transition.

I experienced a nail-biting 36-hr delay in receiving my activation codes after purchasing UkeySoft Apple Music Converter 7. 0. 5. After requesting help from UkeySoft and also from their remote biller, I eventually received the codes. The software works as advertised! If you're converting songs from Apple iTunes for use on a flash drive, choose M4A - MPEG4 Audio setting. AAC and AC3 settings did not work for my setup. So 5-stars for the software, minus one star for the delay in receiving the activation codes.

I was looking for a better Spotify Downloader than the previous one I purchased and this one is the same... I'm actually wondering if all Spotify Downloaders are the same.

I downlaoded some songs and, in some, they had big intros of people talking and some weird background noises. One in particular even had a big break right in the middle of the song right before the best part of the song. It seems like what those type of programs do is search on Youtube to download the audio of the videoclips of the songs you want to download off Spotify.

So, it's actually a Youtube Downloader, not a Spotify Downloader. If you don't believe me, try downloading "Come Down" by Anderson.Paak... You should hear a phone ringing and people talking which are not in the song on Spotify but are definitely in the video on Youtube.

Still useful to have some songs with a pretty good quality, but it's somewhat a false advertisment to me...

I keep subscribing to Apple Music songs because I don't want to lose my collection, but I don't think it will be anymore. UkeySoft Apple Music Converter helped me convert all Apple music tracks to MP3, and now I can listen to them on my Sony Walkman.

To quote Bethesda's Todd Howard "It Just Works". I had to reformat my system due to a catastrophic data corruption issue and discovered that the program didn't recognize my pc as having activated the software anymore and the activation key was no longer valid. I emailed support about the issue and within 24 hours they reset the activation key and the issue was resolved. Would and have recommended to friends and family because who doesnt like actually owning what you pay for... and "It Just Works"

I am from Germany and I ordered UkeySoft Spotify Music via internet. I had made a mistake when ordering the key. I got uncomplicated a new matching key for the software.

The Spotify mp3 converter of UkeySoft failed to convert due to an unknown error and I asked for a solution.
UkeySoft found the problem through the log file and updated it to solve it. Trust the services of UkeySoft. If a problem occurs, UkeySoft will surely solve the problem.
