This last two years, I've asked twice the support of the company to send me a new licence code after I've changed my Mac. This has been successfully answered within less than 24 hour each time. Being connected to human beings at Key Soft is a very strong assets for customers. So I strongly recommend the fabulous solution.

This convertor is simple-to-use, just tick the songs you want to copy and the program will make the copies. It has various formats that you can save the files in, and I'd recommend going to Preferences > Advanced and setting it up the way you want it. I also recently changed computers and they quickly helped me with that transition.

Wouldn't let me log in to my account after several months of use. Customer service was not helpful as everything they suggested didn't work. I had bought the lifetime license and when I asked for a refund customer service went radio silence on me. Look elsewhere!

To quote Bethesda's Todd Howard "It Just Works". I had to reformat my system due to a catastrophic data corruption issue and discovered that the program didn't recognize my pc as having activated the software anymore and the activation key was no longer valid. I emailed support about the issue and within 24 hours they reset the activation key and the issue was resolved. Would and have recommended to friends and family because who doesnt like actually owning what you pay for... and "It Just Works"

When first using this software, I had some problem to set it correctly, I wrote some Emails to the technical assistance, and they gave me the solution to use Apple Music with the right setup.
Now the software is working perfectly! I really enjoy it.

Payed for a 1 month subscribtion and wait now since 2 days for the activation key to arrive...
They state that the key will be delivered within 30 minutes... hahaha
Tried to contact them by mail as well as the retailer (Paddle) - but no answer so far.
When will i get my key? At the end of that month?

Great piece of software and first class service. Very responsive to enquiries. Fixed my key code issue when I changed computer almost be return email. I often need to change keys on music and need to be able to manipulate the file to do this. Apples's DRM stopped this, this software solved my problem.

The product that is exactly what it says it does and it's back by really good technical support. Anytime I had an issue the team got back to me as soon as possible to make it right.

I am from Germany and I ordered UkeySoft Spotify Music via internet. I had made a mistake when ordering the key. I got uncomplicated a new matching key for the software.
