We love patpat, we spend allot of money on this site because the clothes and accessories are both fashionable and affordable. The clothes always wash well and we get so many compliments about them.

Communication with PatPat was exceptional. I had a few questions I wanted to ask before purchasing which were answered quickly in a friendly manner. When my ordered arrived a little later than I had hoped (but within the timeframe given at the point of purchase) I sent a message asking about the returns process. As a festive/goodwill gesture I was gifted the items in my order and refunded the money. I have never received such swift and pleasant customer service. I will definitely be shopping with PatPat again as I appreciate the way I was treated as a customer. Just to note, the items I ordered were great quality, packaged properly and look great on!

The items I did keep out of my order were great quality and price, I wanted to return 2 items and the service was superb, Katherine sorted this for me very quickly, issued a refund and requested I give the unwanted items to charity, which was so unexpected! Would happily order again
