USB Hub destroyed my computer

The Ugreen USB hub malfunctioned and destroyed my PC power supply, thumb drive and SDD. It simply malfunctioned and caused this problem. Fixing my computer cost me US$150. The external SDD with all data inside it was destroyed. It was a 1TB Kingston SDD costing me US$150 and another thumb drive with all data was gone. Place of purchase is in Amman/Jordan.
