I purchased some shaving cream from twinluxe.com for my father over the holidays. I had heard about it from my guy friend of mine who has the entire grooming line along with one of the shave sets. He absolutely loves all their products, especially the shaving cream and the spray mist. I went to the website and was immediately blown away at the modern design and clean look of it. It was really easy to navigate and make a purchase. Everything seems professionally done. I wish I could afford one of the beautiful shave sets but it is a bit out of my price range at the moment. I settled for the shaving cream and my father loves it. Excellent company and products.
Attempted to contact regarding customer support. Had purchased chrome version which the stand had begun to corrode, the plastic tip that attaches the blade needed replacement, along with new bristles. Went to the website for customer support. No phone number. Only email, to which they don't respond. Site says under construction and to purchase on Amazon. Nothing on Amazon. Considering the the price point ranging from $800 - $1500 one would expect better quality and customer support which seems non-existent. They claim that the design is by the same engineer that developed the Rolls-Royce, only they do not not name him. They mention nothing about a guarantee which should be lifetime at these prices.
