I am so glad Tuneskit successfully got my iPhone past the Apple logo it was stuck on for three months. The program didn't fix the problem right away, but I eventually got it to work. Do not buy. This product does nothing but take your money. It has no service. Basically after having the issue of your phone not working you go to this scam and they do nothing to help. There is no miracle to save your data.

I want to give it minus star if possible. This ios software is a scam and not working. After download firmware, even the firmware detection is error where it shows 17 ios version one time and 16 version other time weird. But all things not working and I end up factory reset my phone using itunes (which obviously I don't want to do that's why I bought this scam program at the first place). The flaunt this money back guarantee but when the product not working they show feigning ignorance and want to give part refund? (Nonsense!)

Great customer service! I've been using the tuneskit spotify converter since 2019. It has regular updates, and if I've ever had an issue (as I just did setting up a new laptop) support has been very responsive through email and has always been able to resolve my issue. I installed tuneskit in an attempt to recover audio on screen recordings and after only initiating the app, my phone immediately went into the locked screen "support.apple.com/iphone/restore". Continued with the app and downloaded relevant firmware only to be told after downloading 6gb of firmware, that the "free version" only applies to a restore option and I would now have to continue to the paid version to continue restoring my phone. Tried updating and restoring my phone through Itunes when the restart process is blocked as well.

This is virtually blackmail!

1. Can't ‘quit' the application or access most of the menu items - they are greyed out.
2. Can't export any of the captured audio.
3. The ‘audio capture' window seems to freeze.
4. Can't access the ‘preferences' as they are also greyed out.
5. Have to restart the computer or use the ‘force quit' option to exit TunesKit.

Overall just really disappointing as the audio capture itself is great but the program is just not working as advertised. In fact really it's unusable as is...
Also check the so called 'refund' policy. No matter what you ain't gonna see a dime or a nickel back of your hard earned cash...

The trial version could not open the file and convert the 3 minutes they claimed it could. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and bought anyway - wasted $66 Aus. Even the licensed software does not work at all. Everything looks right with the m4v file showing up in their software window for drm removal but when you press convert, nothing happens. Be careful. Don't waste your money.

Horrible company false advertising. They said money back guarantee. I tried the 30$ software for my iPhone in 20 min it failed to restore the firmware. Which was done for free later and they only refunded half of the purchase. Even though the software didn't work and they advertised money back guarantee. Scam software do not get roped into buying this. It's useless and completely false advertising on the product. 100% dissatisfied customer.

This software is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Once I installed vers. 12.4.3.1 it was like the clouds parted and angels were singing. I was converting my entire iTunes video library. What's more is that chapters were automated so watching my converts on VLC is even better. The software is not compatible with the latest version of iTunes. But your version of iTunes doesn't mean a thing. The DRM that is on your video is version specific for some bizarro reason, but then again it's Apple. Don't ask why, they're just weird that way.

Not much to say really - was skeptical at first of course but after testing the waters with the free trial to great success ill be going for a full licence soon to be able to sync my ancient iPod nano with apple music :)
