I ordered 3 bras from Genie since 11/22/2014. I received only one! I even got a confirmatory email that all three bras shipped! I called customer service and they claimed they have placed the order but to this moment i am yet to receive anything! So frustrating as i am a nursing mother and needed the "comfort" so advertised by these people but to no avail!
I ordered a BLACK pair of leggings, and they sent me GRAY. I called to request an exchange. Never sent out the black pair I wanted, and exchange was not processed. Called a second time, and they finally sent me a return label. Sent the gray pair back that same day. I called to follow up (since I had yet to receive my black ones), and they stated they still had yet to receive the gray leggings, and that they do not ship out the correct order UNTIL they receive the original product first! That is not the right way to do business. They are the ones that messed up my order. So now it's been a month and a half since I originally ordered my BLACK leggings, and still have yet to receive them! Also, the call reps are foreign, and difficult to understand. Not sympathetic to you as a client.
TV advertises 3 payment plan. When ordering I couldn't find how to request this so I called them (before submitting order). I was told to submit order & call in 6 hours & they could fix. When I called 6 hours later, I was told product had already shipped - without 3 payment plan. Money was already out of my account.
I struggle to get over my shoulders then pull down covering breast yet always rolls under and very uncomfortable….so I tried switching to larger size,well now a 2x better but maybe a 3x for my next order,,,,
I do love convenience of pulling over hips then adjusting fit. I am 5'8 40DD and weigh 145. So obviously This bra wasn't designed for my frame
I love Genie products. The jegings are so comfortable I could wear them every day. From the bras to the underwear you won't be disappointed.
