My experience was great with their service and resolution of the issue i had. I had an issue that i needed to have resolved, they did resolve it. The unfortunate thing was that i had to wait a day or two to install the software because I was busy. But overall i am well please with their service and support.

I had a an issue with setting up my RDS Licensing server. I connected to the Trusted Tech Team support chat, got transferred to the correct person the very first time, and very quickly I may add. David was easily able to solve my problem and explain the process (in ENGLISH!). I will definitely use them again.

I wasn't sure, but I gave it a shot. Everything happened fast. I put my phone number ( hard line) after the purchase, but never got a call, just a e-mail with my key & a instruction guide to download. registered on microsoft website and it's downloading now. A+ for easy userbility

I can't speak for other products on the site, but the one I was interested in was the cheapest by a margin.

Fast and easy. Will use again. Only criticism is that the key was slightly hard to read - it was a choice between two letters. I got it right, but I can imagine, sometimes, the choice would be harder, if the letters were less clear. I know this isnt your fault but Microsoft and how they print their COA's. Still grateful to have found this amazing company!

You can't be 100% sure untill you try, but TTT has a guarantuee that was so secure and easy to handle they helped and it was no problem buying a product from them. Bought Office 2013 and had the key code within 2 min or so.

I was very wary of buying a Windows 7 OEM License this way, but I'm glad I did. The download and installation was seamless and easy. Very detailed instructions came with the key. Microsoft accepted it without any delays and I was able to upgrade to Windows 10.

Easy order process and in a couple of minutes I receive the license code in my mailbox. Was easy to download the and very well described steps to follow to burn the iso etc. Purchased Windows 7 professional. Installed the 64bit version. After the installation the upgrade to Windows 10 was for free as well supported by Microsoft till end of next month.

The best i like at your site is that you accept amex and its a huge step i think that you should have a lot customers paying you tons for the quality and pricing .Its easy fast and cheaper than the ms website ;)
