I ordered a couple shirts from this site as Christmas gifts that were supposed to arrive by Christmas. The first issue I had was that it took nearly a month to arrive and came several days AFTER Christmas. When I did finally get my order the color and quality of the shirts was nothing like the picture online. They were Michigan Wolverines shirts and pictured as dark navy blue, but what I got is a medium blue/teal color. It's awful and the quality of the fabric is poor. The images on the shirts also do not look as nice as pictured on the website. The graphics are fuzzy and on one of the shirts is proportionally off. I spent $90 for trash. And now I'm getting the run around with customer service. I have sent 4 emails requesting a return label so I can return this trash and get a refund. I am unable to find a customer service phone number. The company states it's in Wyoming but my package came from yenwan or some weird country. Save yourself the hassle and do not purchase from this company! They are obviously shady and offer crappy customer service

The worst experience ever. I never received my items. I reached out to customer service over 5 times. They continued to repeat the same statement..."let me look into it" but never gave me a definitive answer.
I ordered a pink yankee pacifier set, was sent blue... after 3 unanswered emails they asked me to send a picture, as if i was lying... so i sent it... about a month ago... still waiting to hear back.

Ordered 2 Chairs in Mid May... they never shipped after 3 weeks I contacted them to check status never heard back... I waited 1 more week and then asked them to cancel and refund. Which they did about a week later.
I placed an order TSF5526 for some golf club headcovers. After 2 weeks of not receiving my items, I contacted customer service and they responded that "they are looking into the situation and would get back with me." It has now been over a week and no response. What a poor way to run a company and I will not do business with True Sports Fan again.
I still haven't received my order and when I try to contact True Sports Fan, I get no response back. The phone number disconnects me and emails go unanswered. I have no idea if this will ever ship or how to cancel go get my money back.
I still have not received my Ohio state pacifers. It says they were shipped and delivered and I never got them. The customer service guy says he will check with the fullment team but no luck with that. Customer service is bad
I received a confirmation that a frame shipped but I never received it and couldn't track it. After multiple follow ups, found that it never shipped but I was still billed. Followed up multiple times again to receive a credit. I was issued a True Sports Fan credit vs my money back.
Very frustrated...I was really looking forward to the frame that I thought that I purchased.
Right now my review is bad. My order TSF 5320 has never been received. I tried to send an email but no response. I am replacing a bag that we have enjoyed. It's a birthday. Let's get it to me!

I ordered a Tailgate Tent about the 1 year ago and the web site indicated it was in stock. I later received a message that it was out of stock, so I asked for a refund, as was the stated policy on their web site and after 4-5 back and forth email messages I was told that they changed their policy and that they could no longer give me a refund. They did offer a $10 credit on top of the amount that I had already paid and was not refunded. 1 year later, they finally got some stock for the smaller, lesser quality tent and it was over $20 more than the cost of the top quality tent from last year and there is no anticipated date for them to receive the better tent. I was concerned that I would never see my money or any value for it so I took what I could get and will never do business with True Sports Fan again!

A small chair was ordered in July 2021, after several voicemails and emails, a rep finally replied. The item was no longer available and they couldn't reimburse me, only purchase credit which I didn't want!
So I finally used the purchase credit to close this transaction- never again will I order from them!
Beware, this website is a scam. I never received my items. The phone number has been disconnected, and there has been no response to my emails or instant messages.

Shipping was $25 for two small items and it's been a week since ordering but my package hasn't even been shipped out. I'm never using True Sports fan again.
