I Love this company. Website is easy to use. Prices are competitive with other sites. When needed, the customer service exceeds expectations.
What is deposit date? I sat here for 30 freaking minutes trying to buy the dang insurance after filling out everything. I finally put in my trip date. I will expect a refund if this is weird. It felt awful with a message about this passenger will not be covered. WTF? I also wanted the cheaper one and couldn't go back to get the other Gold choices. I added 200 dollars above my primary flight because I needed a 2nd round trip flight in South Africa. Please email me with answers to my concerns.

Everything is fine. But for future reference, please explain in more detail about rental car coverage in Mexico and EXACTLY what papers to take and what to say to the rental car company agent, so they won't try to cheat you to say it's not valid and you have to pay more and buy theirs. Please have explicit instructions for this. I've seen and heard too many people in Mexico get ripped off in this way. We don't need a rental car this time, but we did before and got ripped off on the insurance part.

The person how handled questions was clear and open which the other firm we were looking at was not.
The interaction with all persons associated with this insurance was outstanding. The only problem was understanding the sign up format, but that was quickly clarified by your personnel.
you didn't give me much choice of tour operator. I booked through Vacations to go but could not enter that on the form

We always use your company to buy our trip insurance. It is easy to buy insurance on your website, and also the many insurance companies we can choose from.
Somehow I was charged twice for the policy and I now have to contact my credit card company. The first time I selected buy the credit card information was not visible to fill in and I had not checked either the proper billing address or agreement to terms.
Full plan certif needs to be full page not small box. Eligibility criteria needs to be clear and in 1 section, there needs to be a contents page.
Have used in past but would like to know complete provisions of the policy which agent is working upon to obtain.

I was a bit hesitant when I didn't see the Caribbean as an option for a cruise. I just picked the country with the most ports of call. Hope that is okay

I am in hope that I won't have to use this insurance, but I am glad it is offered. However, the email I received with my confirmation and printable documents is corrupted and I cannot print them. Therefore I have lowered my rating
I doubt I will be asked about travel insurance and I don't normally buy it. It seems expensive.
Always purchase our travel insurance from trip insurance.com, been very satisfied. Very helpful when I've called with a question.
I couldn't find anything about COVID exclusions so am assuming there aren't any. You really should have a COVID Q&A on your website
Will be using this site for Greek Island Cruise in May 2021. Only confusion is where to put down as destination of cruise.
