I have several times booked for international airlines and had many doubts about my trip, but their customer care team was quite helpful and understood the genuineness of my problems immediately. The Team was tried their level best to help me. However, later on I traveled as planned without any issue.
Agent wasted a lot of time without giving a proper explanation and solution. Initially charged more than fare available online.
I have experienced many online ticket booking sites but tripbeam is the best. Their excellent team work could be felt as all my requirements were fulfilled very quickly. Thanks to tripbeam and team!
Tripview.com. Has been dc oing a very bad service. I haved made the payments and I a m trying to contact the customer service to know the status of my tickets but can't reach them. The customer service agents have also been very irresponsible. T he name of the agent I had worked with is Harvinder Singh. Can some responsible person from the company help.
Tripbeam uses 3 step process to scam you: scare (Oh, the fare is going up), confuse and then sell their tickets. Professional scammers. Don't send them your IDs. They apy buy their own rules, not USA

I was trying from past 10 hrs for emergency booking change. No one lift the phone and sent mail no one given any response. I would say book from airlines.
These people are extremely pushy. They try to make a sale right away and are not interested in making courtesy holds when all airlines give a 24 hour cancellation window. I found much better prices on the same itinerary online myself, but they wouldn't adjust the fare after I booked with them. Lost much money and went through a frustrating process of having to take photos of id and credit card and 3 different confirmation emails with them. Really, it's much easier to book online through other websites such as trip advisor and you will definitely get a much better fare. They overprice the fares and then tell you they are giving you their personal discounts and their coworkers discounts to give you the best price. What bull$#*!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!
WORST CUSTOMER CARE - Be careful while sharing your bank details with Trip beam. They withdrew MORE money than what they said or what we authorized. They won't respond when we provide the proof and ask for the money. They took 451.42 dollar extra from my bank account and not willing to give it back. My agent was SANDEEP SING SANDHU. The agents are not even willing to give the contact details of their team head. POOR SERVICE.
PLEASE DON'T BOOK TICKETS with TRIPBEAM
I had a bad experience with Tripbeam 2 days back while booking tickets from USA to India. Initially they blocked the tickets for us and asked me to confirm within 24 Hrs to get those tickets with the same price. I tried to confirm my tickets within 22 Hrs but at the time, they were checking the price and informed me that flight prices are increased now and declined to offer that price.
I talked to Manager - Priya from TripBeam and she is not ready to offer that price(the same price was available in the airline website) even though they confirmed me through email for that price. Upfront, they haven't informed me that tickets only available within 24 hrs but not with the same price. They were overpricing the ticket rate and trying to offer the final price which is matching with direct airline website price.
I finally booked directly from the airline site. So, please don't try to book any tickets with this kind of travel agency.

They can we called as corporate thifies. Never book ticket through them. There service before booking the ticket and after booking the ticket will be different.
I feel Tripbeam is misleading their customers. When I was shopping around for best deals to travel to india. Agent Naveen quoted me a price and though I informed her I will have to check if I need a transit visa as my visa is expired and I need time to think about it. Your agent Naveen made me believe that I will not get the same fare, persuading me continuously into buying the ticket and that I will have 24 hrs time to cancel and to think about it. Within 24 hrs I called back to inform that I will need to cancel the ticket. She said she could not cancel but could only change the reservation. She tricked me into buying the ticket by misleading me. Now Due to the Covid situation all flights got cancelled and I asked for a refund. Again the agent gave me wrong information just because the agency does not want to lose their agency money they are putting us in a dilemma. Taking our money and not giving it to us. Now I like to get a full refund on my tickets. As if I travel in covid situation since the consulate is not working I may not get my visa to return. I request for a full refund. I have contacted the Airlines they said I can apply for a full refund through the travel agency. They keep saying they are working on my case and have not got back to me with constant calls now they say they can not give refund as air lines are not giving them back the money. And that I have a travel voucher for that amount when I ask them how much is it to travel they are quoting 400$ more per ticket more than the current market fare. Please I need help here!

Its a fraud company. Be careful with this, they charge more for reservation and even cancellation, what they promise is completely fake.
International ticket: Initially when I was about to book my ticket, they have contacted me many times, but at the time of flight change they didn't care and responded properly. I'm was trying to reach them since 12days and they hardly responded 5-6times. I almost called them 30times and sent so many emails. I'm frustrated with their service and some of the representatives are very "RUDE" no ethics, they don't even know how to speak to a customer. Initially at the time of my reservation they took some extra money for the flight change and they said Im supposed to pay 350 + any fare difference. I bought my ticket for 1377 and at the time of date change they are asking me to pay 350(Penality)+579(fare diff). When I look at the website the actual price for my date change shows only 1000-1100$. They are making me pay around 950$ which is FRAUD. If I'm paying 950$ for my date change I can get a new ticket itself for 1100. They are trying to get money out of people. I also checked with 2 more agencies the ticket price for the date change is not this high as what Trip beam has quoted. Please be aware of this FRAUD and don't book ticket with trip beam. All the international airlines should block trip beam with issuing the tickets. They are fraud.

I worked with Sidhant and Priya Darshani on my booking concern. Booked a ticket with them in september 2017 for my india travel in december. One day prior to travel i noticed a schedule change in my flight and tripbeam DIDN't inform me about it at all. I had to let them know and get the new itinerary. They couldnt get new itinerary for the same price I paid for and they simply offered me reimbursement ONE day before my travel to India from USA. I strictly told them to give me a new flight. They requested a change to related airline and didn't confirm the ticket until midnight before my travel. I directly called airline and got new itinerary (as it was requested by tripbeam). I forwarded it to tripbeam for their consideration and to keep them in a loop. They didnt validate the ticket and assumed its valid one since I got it directly from airline. I reached airport and agents couldn't print the boarding passes as something was really messed up badly between airline and tripbeam. Now tripbeam is not taking responsibility of giving me a new flight nor reimbursement too also on top of that they are asking for penalty. I am highly dissapointed with tripbeam and suggest you not to book a flight with them ever.
I booked two tickets on March 24 th then I booked one on april 1st.
First of all i got the conformed tickets ( 6HNVJY / 6HU5ZW) from trip beam which says i can fly on Aug 5th and paid the amount you asked me to. Based on that I have made planning In India, and I should be there on 7th, In addition, we talked about the conformation on April 1st Saturday while we were conforming ticket for the third person (6FGKL9). Ever since i booked the ticket on 24 th I have been waiting for the ticket which include domestic details too. After I booked the 3rd ticket, you asked me to wait another 24 hours. I have waited more than that expecting you to sent them. After completing 48 hours, I have contacted you, and you still wanted me to wait for 3 more hours, but i got ticket in an hour, unfortunately the details in the tickets are not same as we I got before. I have been in touch with trip beam and never been told about the waiting list or the changes, After receiving the ticket i had to ask to you about the changes then you sent me the email regarding the changes you made.
I don't think its fare to get the money from someone and make the changes as you wish.
