Despite their advertised Covid cancellation policy they would not refund or provide a credit for our deposit after contracting Covid 8 days prior to overseas travel. This is despite providing notice within the required time frame and despite their web site advertising.

Any communication with Tripaneer's employees was unprofessional. Without checking with me, they changed titles of retreats so one ended up with two grammatical errors in the headline. Repeatedly they addressed me with the company name and once they ignored my request to remove a retreat from their website.
Company is set up to collect your deposit. Don't bother they're a waste of time and not worth the hassle. I was approved a refund of my deposit by the event organiser, the company straight up refused despite me sending proof.
We booked a spa retreat to Budva Montenegro through Tripaneer. When we arrived the spa advertised did not exist. Instead we were taken to a run down 2*star hotel with 0 amenities. We contacted Tripaneer immediately for assistance but the only response we got back was sorry, we are discussing what to do, it is the weekend we will get back to you. Four days later they contact us to say we can book another trip through them. As if I would ever trust this company again! If they are not crooks they are bad business people as the do not check out their suppliers and have poor customer service. If they are crooks they post spa retreats that don't exist with fake reviews and don't return your money. Be warned...do not use this company!
As a teacher I was approached by Tripaneer to list retreats, turns out there are a lot of bad reviews, stories about people being scammed, and a background of Tripaneer listing illicit drug retreats in Portugal. Pulled out of partnership before listing any retreats, company refused GDPR 2018 requests, turned nasty, then falsely accused me of lying. Stay away.
I would advise anybody do not book with this company. They break their contract and refuse to return deposits.
They are breaking the law as you cannot change the terms of a contract retrospectively.
I understand that the cancellation is non-refundable for the package that I bought, however, I had a negative experience since it was canceled due to Covid-19, pandemic is out of my control so I shouldn't pay for something that was not delivered. After a long exchange with Tripaneer they only gave me credits to book the same retreat in the future. Forcing me to make a trip that I don't feel comfortable doing so I don't lose my money. That's why I decided to ask for my credit card help. They treated me saying if I opened a dispute I'd loose my credit. Just the worst company ever. No costumer service, no phone number. Please don't make the same mistake I made.
