Made a few orders over the last 3 months. All arrived within 4-5 weeks, which is acceptable considering its the end of year sales~ Customer service is always responsive and willing to help. Tracking code always comes within 3-4 working days! Love it! I'm not huge on ordering stuff online but trendytrovestore really makes it fun and easy! Cheers!
This is nothing short of a complete scam of a website. I ordered two items, received one item that I didn't even order, and have had absolutely no response from customer service about my order questions, returning the item, or getting a refund. Every review in their site is fake. It's my own fault for not doing more research into this sham of a website.
I ordered this hair oil and the pic on the add said veganic hair oil,I received the oil and it's some weird brand I never heard of and it smells like straight cat piss when u smell it,buyer beware of this site!

Its simple, you order, they give u a fake tracking number, order takes more than 4 months with tracking number showing its stuck in a country, you contact them they say we follow up, another months pass by no follow ups, u finally ask for a refund they charge u shipping and handling fee and give the rest back. Easy money! Cant be simpler than that
