When they do respond it is most definitely a copied and pasted email from Christmas. They use "this season" as an excuse for shipping delays and then attempt to blame carriers.

I ordered 02/01 and my order will NOT be here for Valentine's Day. Yet they advertise all about it. Makes no sense at all.

My tracking number has said the same thing for days: "A shipping label has been prepared for your item …" The response: "Upon checking, our records confirm that the package is currently in transit."

Their records are no different than what I see. So they have no problem insulting your intelligence and lying to you.

And the cherry on top? After telling them that if I don't see movement on my tracking by the next business day, I would put in a dispute, mysteriously I can't log back into my Trending Customs account.

While www.macorner.co (yes it's.co and not.com) may not have as many cute little faces to personalize that look more human than cartoonish, they are a MUCH better choice. We've gotten a couple of things from them and they communicate well and the product is great.

Purchased a daddy's dream team poster from trendingcustom.com it looks so cute online. It's a picture of a dad with his whole family from the back baseball team numbers sitting in a row really simple. Just need the names and what number jersey you want on the back of the shirt. I was super excited since I picked this gift out for my husband from our kids and our whole family. Their gift arrived two days late after Father's Day even though I'd ordered it well before like weeks on top of that it came in a very thin fragile box that was bent, and when we took the poster out that we recorded him doing because we were gonna post it the poster was completely bent and water damaged. It had been rolled. It wasn't in anything of substance. It had a thin sheet of Styrofoam that when you open up a box and they don't want something scratch that was what was wrapped around it nothing else not a roller. It wasn't in plastic, It's literally ruined and now he has nothing from me and the kids for Father's Day super we're upset

Cup came and everything is perfect on the mug. The phrase on the cup is perfect and the pictures are beautiful.

The picture turned out exactly as posted. The customer service was phenomenal. I have never worked with a company that gave this kind of customer service.

The choices they have have on the website are amazing! Love, love that you can look at it before you purchase too. Awesome choices for a really neat gift or for yourself.
