TravSky gave me what I needed which was an excellent price. I liked that, unlike other sites, it was easy to book a room for a family of 4 - try that elsewhere. I also liked that the prices included taxes and were quoted in my own currency.
I didn't like having to pay in full up front. However, I can understand why you would need to do this to secure a low price.
I was astonished with the price they offered me for a hotel that I booked with them. They let me negotiate the price and They offered me a price which no other portal had. So i was happy to book the hotel. Their support is good. I recommend them for hotels especially and if you need a price lesser than what that's printed ;) [negotiate!]
