I have been using Travomint since 2019. We've booked international flights with them before on 2 separate flight and and we had to change the date on one of them about 4 times without any issues. The agents also helped in locating a flight that didn't have any top up fees for the dates we were changing to.
They showed some price but after paying the amount they waited for 2hrs just to say "Sorry ma'am, Airlines increased the price. Can't provide you the ticket". I spoke to the executive named Pawan. He came up with the solution I booked another airlines flight for you but it's 2000 rs extra. When I checked the price at one of the reputed company website it was cheaper by 1000 rs. No solution provided. Money got blocked for next 15days.
Travomint is best user friendly site as I never thought Travel agency services are also too good.
