Awesome service by sebastian-Except for the very long conversations we had, he did a good job in completing the booking

I did not realize I was on a 3rd party site. I thought i was calling Southwest airlines. Sebastian became very defensive with me every time I tried to ask questions about the fees that were being charged. The service was fine and he was very clear with the ticketing process, but he needed to be more clear with me when I asked questions without being defensive.

Wasn't the best but in the end my reservation went through so I'm glad for that

I didn't want to fly Spirit I thought I would be flying southwest, I have only heard negative thing about Spirit. If I was told that first no way I would fly with them I would have paid the difference but they didn't give me that option. I will go back to Delta.

I was originally unhappy with my experience and charges that I felt I should not have been charged. When Neal Smith became aware of my concern, he immediately called me and resolved the problem. I am very appreciative of the attention he paid to my experience.

Brock helped me booking a flight using my credit. But i could not use the rest of my credit on my sister and daughters tickets other airlines let you use your credits for others. Very disappointed.

I recently booked a flight to Europe. I initially spoke with Hazel, who was great - really worked to find me the best fare at the best price. However, I wasn't ready to book at the time, so called back and got another rep a few days lair. I had to go online and research flights while I was on the phone with him, as he said he couldn't find any flights that would match my travel plans. I wound up booking with him and later found out I had to pay for "advanced seating" in addition to airfare on both legs of my return flight. I called to speak with both the rep and his manager, as I was upset with the unexpected cost and would have preferred to have known at the time of booking. Each said they would look into it and call me, but never heard from either of them.

I would use the service again, as they do have good fares, but the moral of the story is be sure to ask if there are any additional costs before you finalize your booking.

ADDENDUM:

I received several calls from Travelpod after posting my review. I was eventually offered, and received, a $25 check to compensate for the unexpected charges of for reserving a seat on my return flight. (Total cost for booking in advance is approximately $50 - for two legs of the flight.)

If you have a problem with your flight, and have difficulty addressing it, be sure to include it in your review, and Travelpod will likely contact you to resolve it.
