Apthetic website and listed hotels they dont sync with other well. They should shut there business down. And should sit back and see how established players do.
I booked a room through them and they sent an confirmation mail after taking the bill and then after 3 days of booking they are saying due to technical difficulty we will not be providing you the room or any other room. There service sucks... apology for my language but they deserve this

Poor service, Worst Food, Two days same snacks, Two days same chicken with name change. We have got room key at 4.00pm instead of 2pm. They are telling 1-3 ages child is free, but they are charging 2 glass of milk.
Nothing is free there. Don't go on photo. Please go through the review before booking.

Fraud agency
May 10, 2021

Never buy from them, I bought 2 tickets and paid 3 weeks prior to departure but when reached at the airport and airline counters they told its been canceled by agency, when I tried to call them they did not respond even I bought from them travel protection plan. I lost my money and time.

Hi,

Do not trust them as they will give one hotel in Itenary, later they will change to other in Invoice after payment. And we can expect other surprises after reaching your place.

Not worthy. Disappointed. Planned my Trip from Hyderabad Branch, so dont plan anything from this.

Nice experience

I talked to these folks over phone and they had been awesome. What is your take so far?

Occassionally I use them to plan my travel and they had been very useful tome. What is the best is to get a response on the email. They are very quick and best planners. Keep the good work up guys..

If there was a negative star, we would have given 5 negative stars.

We had booked a flight #M5ZS4J, for a flight to New Orleans and then got a notice that the flight was cancelled. We then called to reschedule and to our surprise we got charged a fee of $200. This was not us initiating because we wanted to change. We changed because the flight was cancelled. We called to ask about this and the agent we talked to - Mark (this was a call at 9 PM Pacific on May 13) hang up on us, soon as we asked for a supervisor. He was soooooo rude even during the conversation and we kept explaining that the change/reschedule was not even our choice. We were calmly explaining even whilst he sounded annoyed until he hang up on us.

The agents need better training... as this kind of behavior is not acceptable in this industry. The discount we got is not worth the attitude/(dis)service we were given.

I booked a direct flight the travel agent did not listen to anything I said and booked the wrong airport a connecting flight and on top of that was very rude, currently looking to take this further

I booked a trip from Albuquerque to Asheville, NC for a trip to visit my mother on United Airline. Not long after United cancelled my flight. I received an email from TRAVEL GURU - TG that I could be put on an earlier flight. I accepted but was never informed by TG that they would bill me a further $50 to change my flight. I protested with them and protested with American Express my credit card company and got zero satisfaction. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS CROOKED. NEVER AGAIN.

I made a booking for Coco's resort GOa on 19th Jan 2017 paying RS 4945, recieved a confirmation mail from travelguru, but at the time of checkin to the hotel, reception denied the booking. Travelguru did not intimate us regarding the same, not they gave us an alternate for this. Our holiday was totaly ruined. Nor my amount has been refunded yet. I need a strict action against the. I have all the supporting documents.

This is one of the Worst hotel booking site. I had booked a hotel in Goa 15 days prior to my visit. Got an email confirmation with the booking voucher & details from Travelguru. At the check in time, after reaching at hotel the reception denied the booking, saying that it was not confirmed. We waited for almost 6 hours, gave number of calls to Travelguru, but the issue wasnt resolved. They did not intimate us about the cancellation nor they were ready to refund the amount. Customer support is not good. I would suggest not to book anything from this site,. They are hopeless people. If they are not able to run this site they should close it. Total waste of time!

Fraudulent company…

Tripguru is the worse your company…

I booked a tour in Bali… and specifically sent an email to confirm that I will be returned to my hotel by 6 pm… because I had prebooked a 6:30 pm airport transfer… and Bali traffic is no joke and you must leave on time…

Tripguru responded that I would be back on time by 6 pm…

So I go on the tour and confirm with the driver… and the driver says that I will get back at 8:30 pm and miss my flight…

It was a group tour and so I even tried to stay on the tour but every person had to agree to do the Ubud rice fields last and go far east first… I was even willing to pay for my own taxi from Ubud back to Denpasar AT MY OWN EXPENSE…

Unfortunately, one of the passengers was adamant that she wanted to do the Ubud rice fields first… and so I had to leave the tour before it started…

And here is the Fraud and Scam part… the company refused to issue a refund even when I have written proof that they responded saying I would be back by 6 pm in time to catch my flight…

I booked through GetYourGuide and they refunded their 30% cut… but TripGuru is a fraudulent company and still has not refunded the money…

I could do a bank chargeback with all the written evidence that I have on this… but that would also harm GetYourGuide who gave me a refund on their part…

So I am instead just warning everyone not to work with TripGuru…

The problem is that TripGuru I found out is based in the Philippines and not Bali… so their customer service doesn't even know anything about Bali…
