TravelAffiliatePro.com is without a doubt the worst travel website I have ever used. 1) the calendar function does not work properly, when I entered my dates into the calendar then submitted to book it did not update the reservation with the dates I wanted and had some random dates in it. To late as I already hit book.

I then immediately tried to call the 2 customer service numbers on their website and they were both out of service.

I awaited the email response and emailed them back explaining to them that their calendar is broke and both numbers for customer service were disconnected.

I even tried to use their "live online support" though upon sending a message I received a response that they would get back to me in 48 hours. Lol.

2 days later they sent me a working number to call, they refused any sort of refund or change to the reservation.

The idiot supervisor then told me that the correct number was on my itinerary, I read off the 2 numbers on my itinerary (which were both disconnected) and he kept repeating to me the working number and tried to convince me I had the correct email and numbers. I then asked him for his email so that I could forward the BS itinerary to him so he could review... his response... we can not recieve incoming emails. What a joke! As I was on the phone with him I magically recieved another itinerary in my inbox with the updated phone numbers.

So now im stuck with a reservation for nothing and out money for 2 nights.

STAY AWAY FROM WWW.TRAVELAFFILIATEPRO.COM these guys are horrible and most likely a scam.
