Andrew Fernandez who owns Transparency Pools is an incompetent and dishonest person. We hired him for a complete pool restoration and ended with breach of contract, theft, unfinished restoration. The work that was completed before Andrew ghosted this job was done by his incompetent sub-contractors and resulted in unacceptable and horrible sub-standard quality.

Andrew doesn't appear to have a legitimate license (license shown on his website cannot be found on any Florida register), failed to secure the required permits and boasted about his excellent electrician who never even met him nor ever worked for him.

Andrew is a pathological liar and the epitome of total CHAOS and incompetency. We are in day 45 of a 14-day project with Andrew consistently going off the radar, no response to phone calls, emails and text messages. 45 days later and never completed the project that I put a significant deposit on, has not delivered products and materials that are paid for at significant expense.

Andrew is great at making shallow promises that he will never keep and wonderful at creating stress and anxiety.

Run as fast as you can from Transparency Pools and Andrew Fernandez. Andrew Fernandez has taken complete advantage of the trust we placed in him. We cannot fathom how he can sleep at night.
