I was looking for a part to fit my truck. The part was discontinued by the manufacturer. I found a similar aftermarket product on this site but wasn't sure if it would be a match. I emailed the customer service asking if the part would fit and the got right back to me instantly. Fast shipping and great communication the entire way. The part is working great on my truck.
My 2015 F150 has been down for 2 weeks. No one could find the parts. Spent countless hours looking on Ebay and contacting countless companies that said they had the part only to be lying. Then I lucked into Transmission Parts Distributors. Not only did they have the part but they went the extra mile to make sure it was shipped overnight so I wasn't without my truck again this weekend.

Free timely shipping, great prices. I ordered the wrong parts, entirely my fault! They accepted my return and promptly refunded my money with absolutely no hassle. I am impressed as this kind of service is hard to find in this day and age.

Im giving TPD 5 stars right now. I have ordered many different goods from many different companies in from the USA to Alberta Canada, and TransmissionParts Distirbutors. Com have been proven to me to be OUTSTANDING! On March 10 / 2021, i ordered upper and lower valvebody gaskets, TCC solenoid, EPC solenoid, and a shift kit. The shift kit is hard to get, and has the thermo blocker that i need for my 5r55e tranny. I received an order confirmation informing me that tracking number and label was made for shipment. 10 days later, i received notice that USPS now has the shipment, and then i started to receive tracking updates. When the shipment got to Canada, i received tracking notice update that expected delivery would be April 8th / 2021. I just received the shipment today, March 31, /*******.
There was only a slight problem with Canada Post with the first delivery attempt. Parcel delivery man did not know about the side door on building yesterday. I found the order to be very professionally packaged, even with STOTOpack AIRplus packing. I also found my order to be fully complete with high quality brand new parts. I ordered these parts for my 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Utility 4WD. Shout out to TPD. THANK YOU!

THEY SHIP THE WRONG PART
They finally responded back and refunded my returned part. Company is legit just kinda slow on there customer care response. So I've upgraded them to a 3 star instead of 1 star
Contacted Transmission Parts Distributors about a returning a part. Lori responded back in email and stated to return the part to back for refund. I've returned the item tried to call numerous times left a message & texted there number yet to receive a reply back. They never answer the phone morning or afternoon. If I don't receive my refund or hear anything from them. I'm filling a complaint with the Attorney General & BBB.
Tip for consumers:
Do your due diligence & review this company before purchasing anything. Customer service is absolutely trash not sure if Lori is a bot. Because they don't answer their business phone number ever. They kept my return and never gave back my refund.
