You can upload your audio file to the site, which in turn allows you to manipulate it from shortkeys built into the site's inferface. The shortkeys include functions like pause, rewind/fast forward, and slow down/speed up the audio. Alternatively, if you're feeling lazy, you also have the option to dictate and the software will do the work for you.
