I ordered a train set a few days before Christmas & customer service made sure I had my train set for my kids in time for Christmas. It was there in time & the kids loved the train set.
Unreliable. If you need something that is time sensitive there are better online stores out there. My experience with Trainuniverse (and parent company MrToys.com) was very negative. The web sites report items as being In-Stock and available but after ordering they are not available. Timing issues are understandable but in my case it them a week to notify me that they could not fulfill my order.
