Booked 11.19 departure on a split save ticket. Second leg of journey involved a ticket for a 10.40 train? So my connecting train had ALREADY LEFT BEFORE I STARTED MY JOURNEY!
Trainline sent me two APP Notifications in the morning before travel saying "Your 11.19 train is on time". Clearly one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.
Put me in a very unpleasant position with the ticket inspector and train manager.
I will make a formal complaint against this cowboy company via its regulator the FSA.
