Bought a FRANKE Calypso COG 651 kitchen sink from you and has arrived damaged. Well not damaged its broken in half this package has not been checked at your factory from your supplier as the box itself has arrived with the original tape from FRANKE and the cardboard box has arrived in good condition and you are refusing to give me a refund so i will be writing a letter of complaint to you and my solicitor
