This complaint is a result of my interactions with them. I had been using this platform for a couple of months and had made a sizable financial investment. I often inquired if I could withdraw, and they said that I could at any moment. However, they stopped talking to me after I requested take my fund out…I was able to get my money back using BRIDGERECLAIM…//. COM.

In my case have sent all my documents and everything was in order, however they have deleted my account and didnt allow me withdraw. Which i never saw coming cause i felt it was all real, only for me to realize they were only after their own gain and their aim was to take all my money i invested.
I was once a victim of their scam, fortunately with the help of a firm I managed to get everything I lost back! For those who have also fallen victim to these scammers, contact FL,A, S,H,R, E,C,L, A,I,M at G, m,a,i,L, DOT c-0-m immediately to get your funds back in a couple of days

My worst experience of all time is dealing with Trade Horizon. I lost a lot trading with them, plans down the drain and they won't stop pressuring for more funds but they won't allow my own withdrawal. I read a review about them on a forum and how (Markkcoy) via telegram was able to get money back from them. I reluctantly reached out and i can say it was the best thing i ever did to help myself. I got refund in just few weeks of works. Please don't lose hope!

If you contact support, you will receive no response, and if you call them with crucial questions, they will hang up on you. Brokerage scam! I thought I could trust them until they lost all of my funds and terminated my account. It took months for me to find a credible recovery firm that could assist me in recovering my funds from them.

Sorry for my bad english, French is my mother tongue but I want to tell all people that might be approached by Tradehorizon (now exercising as Tradehorizon2), NOT to invest any penny in this non-regulated platform. The internet site is great, your account will show you big profits, people there are fair and you feel like believing what they promise. But this is a real fake. Profits shown on your account are fake profits, they artificially change the value on open orders to cheat on you. When you ask for withdrawal of your incredible profits, they ask you to pay for taxes to get them, and you will never get them since new profitable positions are open automatically, for which you have to pay again taxes. If you don't, the account is simply blocked. You will be advised to invest and pay more and more, but you will never see your money back. Take into consideration my very bad experience with them. I invested much money and lost everything (account blocked) for not accepting to pay again, without having received any money back from my account. They will cheat on you. A complaint has been filed to competent authorities in Belgium

We have deposited money and have not received any money in return of our deposits. There is no such company listed in UK authorised to offer Forex or any type of financial investing.

Account Managers ghost you when you start asking for money withdraw.

This is a scam.

They promise you the world until you ask to withdraw your own initial funds deposited. Once you ask this they ask you to invest more to get it to a specific amount of dollars and promise that you can withdraw your funds immediately. Once you have, they ask you to pay a 5% commission Up front (your own funds) before they can release profits, when you ask them to release the initial funds you have made which they have promised during this so called investment they ban you from site and not hear from them again. This is a scam everyone and beware.

The experience I've had with this brokerage has been great. They offer webinars specifically designed for beginners and it's one of the only brokerages that pays out a 12% profit margin!

The friendly and knowledgeable staff at TradeHorizon are always happy to help. They have been a great company for me since I started investing in cryptocurrency last year, so it's fun when they get new clients too!

There are a lot of companies in the financial industry and TradeHorizon charges won't be as low compared with them, but it's still possible to get good prices for your transactions.

Their charting is top notch and easy enough that even someone who's not too savvy can do it themselves in no time at all with their helpful indicator tools. And speaking of which... I'm making 8% on average each month thanks to one of my account manager's strategies right now--it really pays off when he knows what stocks are going up next.

The site is easy to navigate and has clear instructions. The customer service offered by this company provides great assistance not only because it offers powerful tools, real-time market data but also allows for payment methods other than PayPal which might be a bummer!

I've been trading for years, and I can't believe how easy it is with the Forex Platform. From beginner to advanced user, they have something that will work for you!
