“This website is a place where you can legally purchase...”

This website is a place where you can legally purchase wav/mp3 file formatted songs. The part that rattles my bones and makes me want to spread the word of this horrible company is where, for a month now, I've been trying to subscribe to the website so I can have access to the discounts. You end up paying 2x the amount if you weren't a member but, since their card systems are down they haven't been able to accept my money or anyone else's for that matter. Just yesterday they announced that they reopened their card payments and thanked everyone for their patience... lol... well that was a pointless post. I went right onto their website, tried subscribing to "TID: PRO" and when I clicked the confirm details button to make the purchase, it took me to a white screen where it kept me and never refreshed the transaction. Nor did any record of the site even trying to charge me show up on my bank records. They advertise that they have paypal when you're entering in your card details, great!, oh wait, there's no link or drop down or anything to switch your payment method so you can't use Paypal with their website to pay for the PRO subscription... WHAT!? I have recurring Paypal payments so I know it's possible. Great design! Really convenient! THANKS! I give this site 1 star out of 5 because they shouldn't be doing anything business related until they can accept card payments for their subscription services. The whole point and benefit of using the site is tied directly to the TID: PRO benefits so there really isn't any point in using the site if you can't get the PRO subscription and if you obviously can't get the PRO subscription, there really isn't any point to buying the songs from their website when Beatport is selling their MP3's for less right off the bat. This website has potential and could end up being bigger than juno and beatport with the PRO subscriptions but, me typing hopeful outlooks doesn't change the fact that they can't even run a god dam credit card or fix a credit card issue in a timely manner. Again... this has been going on for a month! I know a physical business wouldn't last long if they lost the keys to their front door and couldn't open up for at least a month. Or... it's like they created a beautiful, fuel efficient vehicle but didn't install a gas pedal... How much business is this business willing to loose? This day and age, if it takes you a month to figure out a card payment issue... well enough said.
