BUYERS BE WARNED!
I recently purchased a vehicle (Nov. 2023) from this dealership and even though the salesman & staff were friendly that was it. Then the number games began. Just one of many examples is that the salesman said he would include a 6 month/6K bumper to bumper warranty, just for me to later see that he actually charged me for it in the financing, another issue was he said the vehicle came with just 1 key fob, and if agreed to purchase the vehicle for an agreed upon price, he would have his service department program a 2nd one at no charge (normally $450). However, when he handed me the 2nd, it had the same paper tag that lists the stock # & Make/Model on it. Why is this important to know you ask, because if he was making me a brand new key and then handing it to me, there's no reason to put another paper tag on it with a stock number this is something they do when they get both keys in on a trade or when they're selling them new, they immediately identify them with a paper tag and the information on them just another way this car dealership scams you during the sales process & in the financing office. So my final conclusion is I will never do business with them again, and I would avoid them like the plague Truly pathetic dealership that really doesn't care about their customers only about their bottom line and how much they can squeeze out of you. My final thoughts are please do your homework with this dealership or any other ones, as there are a lot of them out there playing the Numbers game. They truly enjoy seeing how bad they can screw customers over.
UPDATE ON: 12-19-2023
Well as you can see below, Maria Arenas - Customer Relations Manager at the dealership responded with a message that her and her team are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. So, I sent 3 separate emails over 6 days and even stopped by the dealership to speak with her about my experience. She was unavailable, so I left my phone number for her to call me on 12-15-2023. As of 12-19-2023, No returned email or phone call. So I can now tell you with the upmost certainty that this dealership just really wanted to reply to my Google review, hoping to make themselves look good in the public eye and they have no intentions on contacting me back to discuss anything. I am not surprised, as this has been my experience from the get go. No Circus, Just Clowns!
