Top to Toe EPOS

I have found the system very easy to setup and manage all my different product categories and stock. The integration with my Shopify website works seamlessly and was also quick and easy to set up. I can now manage my stock levels from a simple but informative grid matrix and so know when I need to top up my stock by size or not.

I would fully recommend Top to Toe!

Top to Toe is constantly developing their (already brilliant) system to offer even more efficient stock control to fashionwear retailers. Their size/colour product structure has become essential - it makes stock lookups incredibly clear and easy. Also, the technical support team are always very helpful and respond quickly, although we rarely need to call them because the system is so robust.

I have been using Top to Toe for many years. The service they provide is excellent. Our experience with the team is a positive one, they are always there to answer questions. I would recommend the team wholeheartedly.

The training so far has been great, Lisa is so helpful and patient, even with a complete novice! Everything is explained well and it's made clear that help is always on hand which is reassuring to know.

I have looked at other systems (proposed in shared premises) and I have to say that as Top to Toe was my first experience with EPOS I didn't grasp just how much easier it is to use than other systems. As a fashion store, we have many items that are in multiple colours and sizes, this is handled so simply within Top to Toe, I could not believe how long-winded it is with other systems.

Always phone back, always answer your queries and are always very courteous. What top to toe promise they deliver. A great system that's easy to use and with full time back up if you should have any questions. A very professional company.

We can see trends in sales and react a lot quicker. We're on top of demand. Without Top to Toe we would be struggling. Any shoe retailer that hasn't got Top to Toe, I say get Top to Toe straight away.

We have been using Top 2 Toe since 1998 when my sons joined the business some fifteen years later they were convinced that there must be better systems available. I tasked them to go out and find one, after several demonstrations they had to admit although Dad was past his sell by date T2T certainly wasn't.

It's a partnership - Top to Toe are there to help us, whereas our old system was very much "There you go, off you go and get on with it". If we had any questions it was very difficult to get hold of anyone, whereas with Top to Toe it's been the complete opposite.

The Top to Toe training department has been very helpful and helped walk us through the process. The technical department always gets any issues sorted. I've dealt with Luqman in the past and he has been really good and so helpful.

We have had a year with Top2Toe and the service and product has been excellent. Any issues are dealt with quickly and smoothly and the personal contact makes for a great company to deal with.

They are not the cheapest but by far the best when it comes to fixing faults, never leave you hanging about, come back to you very quickly, and don't finish until the fault is fixed.

It's very easy to use - the system is absolutely foolproof! I would recommend Top to Toe to independents with one, two or three units... and large companies - it's all adaptable.
