I ordered two items with the promise of fast service. A month later one item arrived but, the second still hasn't arrived. I contacted their support and requested a refund but they did not respond. They sent me a tracking link which indicates that the destination is Ireland, I am in the USA. The products look nice if they ever get delivered.

My wife ordered a couple things from them for the holiday. I come to discover recurring membership fees being charged to the debit card, it must have been carefully made obscure during checkout. Buyer beware.

I discovered this site over the holidays, and what a pleasant surprise! I was able to get all my shopping done for gifts from here. Selection was great. Wide variety of products, and the quality of them was very good. Service gets an A+, they were able to help with any problems or questions that I had. Shipping was fast, even over the holidays.

I used this site to order some fitness supplies and ended up finding some pretty cool stuff here! All of it was very affordable so it was easy to just browse and find things. Shipping was fast too, about 5 days. I did have an issue with payment and customer service was able to sort it out without issue.

Getting orders on time is very important to me. This site has shipping down! I ordered some health supplies (thermometer and some masks among other things) and got everything only 5 days later. I was very impressed and happy with this, and will be using this site more in the future.

I have been trying to work out more and getting more at home fitness equipment. I have gone to many different sites and have been disappointed with either selection or price or both. But not here! The selection was very impressive, and the prices were the best that I found. Got some resistance bands that wor great and have my eye on a few other things as well.

Very impressed with this site. I used it to order some KN95 masks and ended up getting a lot more, there is just so much variety! Not only that but the shipping was great. Been having issues with anything being delivered on time and that was not the case here, got my order 5 days after placing it.

I just found out about this site. It is very good! I needed some new equipment for spring cleaning and I found exactly what I was hoping to find here. I got a rotary mop and it works great best mop that I have ever had. The shipping was really good too came much faster than I was expecting.

After over a month since the order, emailing 2 times and calling once, I never received my order from this company. I was looking forward to giving a great gift to my husband, son, brothers and dad, but I never received the items. I am so disappointed and feel that fraud has been committed. I have asked for a refund, but have not received any acknowledgement. I will not order from this company again.

I received an envelope that says sale of goods. I have called customer service but no return calls. I wuld like to know what was purchased in my name since I live in the US. not Czech Republic and have not purchased anything overseas. I believe this is fraud and a scam and will report you to the Better Business Bureau.

I was able to find everything I was looking for really easily. Had a few questions about shipping and customer service got right back to me.The shipping was good and fast. The plug in heater I got works really well especially in the cold weather we are having right now! Really happy that I found this place.

My wife placed a $10 order with this company. Our card was charged for the product PLUS their VIP Club ($4.95). Not so happy with that. THEN we get a fraud alert from our credit card company for a $49.90 charge that we did not make.
I contacted Top Online Cut Service. We received a prompt reply that stated tht the fraudulent charge had been blocked (by credit card company, and that our card had been refunded for the VIP Club (I verified this and it was done)
WE have not yet received the product, but I am Very Happy with Customer Service response

I ordered a heated vest for my husband on Dec 17th.We received it on Dec 28th. Money was removed from our account on the 19th. It came in a padded envelope with no power unit, witch it is useless without this item. Ordered an xxl, what we got would fit maybe our grandson who is 11. Also the zipper is on the left side. I think what they do is fill orders with items that should have gone in the trash.No return address or contact information. Never ever order from this company, or you will be making a donation to some gypsy outfit out of New Jersey, operating out of some ones basement. I am out 70 dollars. I would hope that whoever these people are, they get ahold of some bad drugs with my money.

After shopping here I just had to write a review. Everything about shopping here was great. Site was clean and easy to use. Selection of products and variety was perfect. I myself came here looking for a vacuum and got a robot one, like a roomba, and was surprised when after adding it to my cart and starting the check out customer service let me know there was a promo code for it! Shipping was fast and on time. Vacuum is just what I was looking for.

TopOnLineBargains charges our credit card a $4.95 fee every month which we have never agreed to. We called and requested the charge be terminated and was assured it would no longer be charged. The next month, we received the charge again. We called in again and the voicemail asked for our last name and it replied there was no account for that name. It then asked for a first name and we complied and it responded that there is no account under that first name. But, yet, we still get charged the monthly $4.95 fee. We do not have a receipt for this fee/charge because we never ordered it.

I have tried to reach out to this site and they claim they will respond but haven't. I placed my order on the 10th of December, on the 16th I still had no tracking information. The 17th I got tracking information but when I look at it, it says no location services available. I reached out again and have not heard back. My money has been taken from my account and now on the 27th of December, almost three weeks after my order, I have not recieved my order that I paid for.

I wrote a review last week thinking this Heated Vest was a scam. The vest arrived with no problems. Instructions from China not easy to follow and have not tried it yet.

The amount of stuff here is great you can find anything you would need. I myself ordered a mug warming plate. It works great and the price was better then anywhere else I could find. Shipping was fast and easy even when I out the wrong address in at first, customer service was able to fix it for me no problem.

Poor decision to purchase Asked for Unit ID to activate, None supplied. Instruction to axctivate were complicated. Went to you tub followed instructions to no avail threw it in the garbage
