These two companies are owned by the same fraudsters. They keep rotating the company websites to cheap people. They collect money online offering tools and gadgets at lower than market prices. Unsuspecting customers click on the payment link and pay. Then the message is sent the the item is shipped and when the item does not reach the company disconnects the website, mobile numbers, emails and outs up the alternative website and starts the con game again using another website. All address is delhi. Even the landline numbers they use are in sequence and have the answering machine answer the call, put you in hold indefinitely till it disconnects you. *******3755, *******. Mobile numbers *******664 & *******783. These mobile numbers even sent me SMS to confirm my orders abd I even spoke to persons on the other lines confirming the goods were shipped but they were cheats. Cyber crime, cops, telecom providers, Banks and payment portals all informed. They will track them down shortly and put them in jail.
I have booked a Divano Modular DM46 Medium Back Office Chair for 3020/- and done payment through paytm. It's not went till end. But amount credited to the company. I have sent mail and even call to customer care. No response from them. Please find the reply from Paytm as well.
I have ordered a bp apparatus and paid Rs 7985 by card and I didn't get any details about when I am going to get that its been eleven days already I am trying to contact on given numbers on this website but nobody is answering. Now I would like to file a case in consumer forum about this.
I have ordered the item on 27th May 2021, till now (07-Jun-2021) I did not get any update. I sent multiple emails to *******@gmail.com and I did not get any response. And also I tried to reach customer care *******3646, every time it says record your message after the beep, that's it.

This is for all of you who wants to buy product from https://www.toolsplanets.com/, this is a fake website, once you place the order they will let you know that the product is not available and wait for couple of days, after some day when you again confirm for the arrival of product they will again deny and when you ask forcefully for the refund they will ask for the details of bank account, and on repeatedly follow up about a month they processed the amount that too after deducting atleast 2% of the full amount as the payment gateway charges, on asking them to refund the 2% as well, they say this a process we do for all the customers.
Which means even if they are not sending the product the customer has to face this payment gateway charges, which is ridiculous.
Guys request you not to fall in trap of these fake websites, better to buy from flipkart, amazon.
