I created an account and the bonus promised for first deposit was missing. I did not see the chat for support and so I sent an email… ingeniously I thought that would be ok if I play with the deposited money until I get a response. After seeing they have also a support chat, and contacting for support, they refuse to give me the bonus because I should seek for help before playing with the money deposited. Nice, I started playing and won 3000€, asked for the withdrawn, and after hours processing, I received an email saying the withdrawal was cancelled and to contact support again. I contacted and they told me they removed all my earnings because I had 2 accounts open, and it was a breach on their T&C.
In conclusion, I opened a new account only because they are not compliant with their offers, I asked to close the previous account, once I got what I should have had on the first time, I won a lot and had to wager 2500€ to withdraw, I managed to pass this insane wagering, and after that they cancelled my withdraw of 3000€.
They robbed 2800€, leaving only the deposits I made on this last account (200€).
Even if they decide to take any measure for account duplication they CANNOT touch in your money. It's not bonus we are talking about! It's money! No other betting company I know does this, even if they decide to close you account by any reason, they let you take your money out! This is SCAM! Thieves!

Once I deposited, I was held as a HOSTAGE for my money!
I was then BLACKMAILED into providing all my private information. Birth certificate, ID card, Bills, Banking information, Tax information, cell phone details, EVERYTHING! They reject files just so they can take more and more information from them.
Despite all that, they still BLOCK MY WITHDRAWALS!
I've reported them Kenya's BCLB, Ministry of ICT and the DCI financial crimes unit.
I think they're trying to create profiles for Identity theft while scamming people their money.

On their Website, you are FORCED to share your PI with "3rd Parties."
They DELETE Winning bets.
