This is the worst casino site on the planet. Unsubscribed because they made it impossible to withdrawal any winnings without an up to date bank statement meaning I would have to wait a month to withdrawal.

- front and back of drivers licence.
- passport.
- health card
- utility bill

- selfi holding your drivers licence next on your face
- a photo of the credit card you used
- a photo of you holding the credit card you used next to your face.

I had to call my credit card provider and and explain the whole situation and thankfully they are giving me my money back because TonyBet is refusing.
When I was on the phone with the representative and showed them the email where they were asking for my birth certificate and a photo of the credit card I used, rep was appalled.
She said they have way more than what they need to verify you, and everything they are asking of you just screams identity theft. Told me they'll give me my money back and never contact them or deal with them again.

I deposited money and then changed my mind about playing. I went to withdraw my money and they canceled my withdrawal saying I need to verify my identity. I sent in documents that were repeatedly denied. Once they finally approved my documents they originally asked for they now want 3 months of bank statements with my name and full account number. Real scam I made a deposit using etransfer and I was sent this link *******@orderdeposit.com by gigadat and the recipient name was automatically named as transfer on my bank statement. Now Tonybet wants a statement where is show gigadat. I even forwarded the proof of confirmation to them but still all got rejected be careful guys it's better go to big platforms I reckon. My $500 is gone, if you don't to give free money stay away from this site.

HATE this page. You deposit money and then AFTER when you want to withdraw the money they ask account verification. Then you provide with documents and they decline most of them and have some crazy rules on what documents or info they need.
If you want to waste your time, tonybet is the right place!
And ofcourse they deleted my review off trustpilot and turned off the review part so peole can't give reviews anymore! Only left the good reviews there, when about 8months ago I saw so many 1 star ones.

STAY AWAY FROM TONYBET!

Tonybet has the worst communication to customers perhaps out of any sportsbook out there.
I was told 4 days ago that I had a "VIP agent" and that they would contact me via email about a proper free bet to add to my account. No email received.
I was then told that the promotions department would email me about the request...still no email.
I was then given an email address to my supposed VIP agent: to a James.
Still no response from James.

Since the existence of my account with them, my account required contacting me via email about a dozen times, and I have not received a single email from them.

At this point, they have made up the fact that I have a VIP agent or manager to try to get me to continue depositing and playing there, and have no such thing in place for clients that deposit 5-6 figures a year.

This is pathetic. I've taken my money to Pinnacle, Bet365 and Draftkings instead of Tonybet. Each of these other sites make contact with you when they say they will, they all provide better sports odds on every event, Bet365 and Draftkings actually do have a real VIP and VIP manager and they contact you regularly with bonuses.
