Scam website! Should have knew this from the beginning. Placed an order and never received a confirmation email, customer support has "agents online" but conveniently busy at the time, order placed but "on hold". My card was never charged and luckily I locked my card before they could take any kind of money out from me. Will be calling my bank to inform them and get a new card. Looked the website up and the address leads to a grocery store, of course reviews are the same as mine. Decided to test it out with an expired card, fake name, address, email and phone number and the order was received. That screams huge red flag!

This site is a hoax. I tried numerous times to contact them as to why my order was on hold. You can not get ahold of them by phone or email. I ended up calling my bank and cancelling my debit card that I used on their website. They don't even deserve the one star it gives them just to be able to write a review.

They never ship or email you a receipt. When checking order number it says your order is on hold. The address is a Publix store in Florida. The phone number is just a busy signal. The "good reviews" are fake. Please do not buy from here!

Since trying to make a purchase, and payment not going through. Customer service said they would let IT know and send email to me the next day. This never happened. Contacted them over issue several times. Same response every time. Then I started getting attempted purchases from Florida on the credit card I used. I went back to the Tomtami site, to see the reviews. And to see how many people mention fraudulent stuff going on in Florida, I knew this site was responsible!

We placed an order a few weeks ago and it has yet to arrive. I checked the website and the order is listed as "On Hold". I have send several emails and attempted to "Chat", everything so far has failed and there has been NO reply. There is no customer service. Whatever you may be looking for, do not do it with Tomtami. I have since read several reviews and all say this business is a scam.

I placed an order and never received an email and the order was never shipped. I contacted the company a month later and as everyone else said they said I would be emailed when shipped. They never shipped my order BUT there started to be fraudulent charges on my credit card from Florida! They didn't charge me credit card but obviously used my card info. I wish I read reviews before I have my credit card.

Ordered something over a week ago. Was never charged. Contacted them a few days ago and heard nothing back. Definitely a scam. Do not buy from here!

I purchased a controller for my flight sim which seemed odd since everyone else is selling them from 100.00 and this place shows them for half of that.I thought what the hell go for it. I wont ever think that again since the first thing wrong was I never got a conformation.Everone sends you that.Those that do not a flag should come up.So I contacted Maria, the only one that is ever there.They the site says all agents are busy and if you try to call the lines busy However the only one to answer on the website for chat.IS maria and she never is any help told me Id receive a conformation within24 hrs.This was four days after my purchase!OF course I never seen it.So I left a message stating if it didn't show up my product within the 6th day.Since I order things from all over and anything that is sent out on time arrives within that time frame.I ordered this at 1.15 am so there wasn't any good reason why it shouldn't go out the same day! The worst part of all this is the fact.Many said there were other purchases on there credit cards they didnt make.Turned out they were alll from this same placeI plan to pay her the same respect Monday.Since I know people in the right places that will start a investigation.And bust them and give them the rightful new home!

My experience with this site was top notch. My order arrived on time and I was very pleased with the merchandise I ordered. I will use them again.

Do not buy anything from Tomtami Toys because they are a scammer because they are located in a Publix supermarket in Florida
