Even though I bought one of the biggest models available on the website (Triumph XL if I'm not mistaken), It's still very easy to install, uninstall, change plances, take in the car…. Give it 5 starts for that reason. Really cool and good product.
Aesthetically speaking, the product is incredible. I loved the modern design and robust finish from my Plunge. This Ice Bath is even serving as decoration in my home. LOOL

I had a problem with my chiller, I tried to solve it myself, but I couldn't... I sent an email to Titan and received a response in less than an hour, with a video showing step by step how to fix it. I followed the steps as shown in the video and it worked! I would like to thank Victor, who helped me with this problem I had.

I have only installed the product so far, I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet, but just by installing it I can already tell that the quality is insane. So for that: 5 stars
I finally ordered my Titan pod after months of thinking about it. Setup was easy with all parts included and clear instructions. I set the temperature to 55 for my first plunge. The cold felt bracing and invigorating without being too intense. I relaxed and focused on my breathing. Now I'll lower the temperature.
