After filling out the application, I called the customer service line. Since they offer

Get frustrated with me and hung up. Not only that, she disabled the service, resulting
In me not having cell service!
I went to a Verizon store to fix this issue, however, they had no clue. The second
Verizon store, told me I had to go to a T-Slimball store, which I did, only to witness
Fourteen in line. I spent 1.5 hours running around, to fix a service issue I did not create.
I plugged in the old Verizon SIM card and had service again.
Folks, other that a cheap call plan, this cell provider is not worth the price, as
Their customer service sucks = bigly. You would be well advised to find a finished
And professional cell phone firm because this one is not.
